Noemi Hybrid Dye for Brows & Lashes

Noemi Hybrid Dye is a hybrid tint with a care formula: it colours the hair and, like brow henna, leaves a stain on the skin – for full, defined brows. Nourishing ingredients help strengthen and protect the hair, and the dye can be used on both brows and lashes.

How to use

Mix the dye with a Noemi 3% developer and apply to brows or lashes.
